PERCY ELIKPLIM OCLOO is an IT Personnel. He holds MBA in Information Systems  from Sikkim Manipal University, India.  He also holds BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from  Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He also has a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate from IPMC Ghana. He comes on board with his rich experience from Electoral Commission of Ghana as Deputy Returning Officer & Technician/Key Trainees

He was the technician in the team that registered Ghanaians on foreign missions in Egypt, Algeria and Morocco during the 2012 Biometric Voters Registration exercise. He has also worked with Ghana Statistical Service as a Field Officer ( Census of Agriculture). He also worked with Montran Ghana Limited as Cash-in Transit Teller/Office Assistant for banks and worked at Photoclub Imaging, Osu as IT Personnel. PERCY is the IT expert attached to the organisation.
